Time:   2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Foster/Adoption Information & Reception

           4:00 to 5:00 p.m. Proclamation and Guest Speakers

Place:   First State Bank, 130 E. Corsicana St., Athens, TX

Purpose: Celebrate adoptions in Henderson County and emphasize ways to serve in the community for the upcoming year.
